I work collaboratively with my individual clients to target the specific ways they would like to improve aspects of their life, both personal and professional, and steer my clients to meet those goals. My style is compassionate, focused and interactive. Based on the CBT model, we will work together to examine the thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to your emotional distress, and to make small but significant changes to reduce your feelings of anxiety and depression. I offer a free 20 minute phone session to assess if we will work well together.
I work with couples to reduce repetitive conflict, and increase intimacy, fondness and connection. My style of couples therapy is educational and interactive--you will gain skills to manage conflict and to increase positive daily interactions with your partner. I have training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a rigorously researched form of couples therapy proven to mend and enhance marital/intimate relationships.
